Shift Details
- Hours: 7.75hrs per week
- Availability:
- Sun: 14:00–18:00
- Fri: 16:45–20:30
About the Role
Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your main focus will be delivering outstanding customer service and managing stock operations. In return, Next will support your professional development from day one, and flexible working options are available.
As a Sales Team Member, you will:
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to help customers find the perfect products.
- Share expertise about our product range.
- Work across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and deliveries.
- Take ownership of your personal and professional growth.

About You
- A strong communicator who actively seeks ways to assist customers.
- Friendly, calm, and efficient, even during peak periods.

- A Retail Scenarios Assessment
Applicants then shortlisted for interviews. Note: Failure to pass a similar assessment in the last 6 months may disqualify you from applying.
