Team Member - Birmingham Fort (N121345)

Sales Team Member

Availability: 6.25hrs per week

  • Saturday: 12:45 - 16:00
  • Wednesday: 17:00 - 20:00

About the Role

Working in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is centred on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient stock management.

As a Sales Team Member, your core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customers receive prompt, friendly assistance to locate their ideal products
  • Sharing expert insights on our product range
  • Capability to work across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and delivery processing
  • Driving your own professional development

Application Process

Your application will involve completing two assessments:

  1. Working with Numbers Assessment
  2. Retail Scenarios Assessment

Following submission, simulations of successful applicants will be determined by the store recruitment team, who will shortlist candidates for interviews.

Eligibility: You may not apply if you have previously failed these assessments within the last six months.
