Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Producing a range of:
- Hot food
- Baked goods
- Beverages
- Delivering our brand standards to meet customers’ expectations
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
- Replenishing displays to ensure maximum product availability
- Keeping your workspace, store, and forecourt clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Ensuring customers have a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits
- Assisting with preparing the store for the following day’s trade
