Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
  • Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Producing a range of:
    • Hot food
    • Baked goods
    • Beverages
  • Delivering our brand standards to meet customers’ expectations
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
  • Replenishing displays to ensure maximum product availability
  • Keeping your workspace, store, and forecourt clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of togetherness and teamwork
  • Ensuring customers have a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits
  • Assisting with preparing the store for the following day’s trade
