Team Member - £12.83 per hour
Location: Birch Services, M62 between Junction 18 and 19, Heywood OL10 2QH
Shifts: Varied, between 7am to 11pm (mix of weekdays and weekends required)

We’re recruiting enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll serve BP’s premium quality fuels and deliver world-famous Greggs products—think sausage rolls, baked goods, and outstanding customer service—while reshaping the UK’s rest stop experience.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your role will include:
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers
- Processing orders and requests efficiently and promptly
- Producing and preparing a range of hot food, baked goods, and beverages
- Maintaining brand standards to ensure unmatched customer expectations
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
- Keeping product displays well-stocked for maximum visibility
- Ensuring the workspace, store, and forecourt remain clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a team culture and positive work environment
- Creating a memorable customer experience that encourages repeat visits
- Assisting with store preparation for the following day’s operations
