Team Member - £13.38 per hour Shifts: Full Time and Part Time available, rotating shifts including weekends Address: Winchester Services, M3, Shroner Wood, Winchester SO21 1PP Are you ready to be our next Burger King Team Member? Step up to lead a shift, with training provided, and earn £13.33 per hour! Here at moto we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people looking to get stuck in and join our awesome team, delivering Burger King’s world famous, flame grilled taste and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience. What we offer our Team Members: Up to 1 week’s discretionary bonus pay per year paid just in time for Christmas Up to 60% colleague discount across our franchise partner brands Enhanced benefits, including, sick pay, enhanced family friend benefits and life assurance Fantastic development opportunities including funded qualifications What you’ll be doing as a Team Member: Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner Assembling a range of Burger King products to order with speed and accuracy to perfection Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade What we’re looking for in you: We’re looking for someone who can effortlessly switch gears—thriving in fast-paced, high-energy environments while staying equally focused and productive in quieter, more independent settings. This role requires a dynamic individual who brings calm to the chaos and momentum to the lulls, ensuring consistent performance no matter the pace.
