Next Group Ltd, Sales Team Member (Assistant #Customer #Shop #Associate)


SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR

7hrs per week:

  • Sunday, 12:00 – 16:00
  • Saturday, 15:00 – 18:00

About the Role

You’ll be part of a fast-paced store team with two key priorities:

  • Outstanding customer service
  • Efficient stock operations

In return, you’ll work to support all Next policies, bring a strong work ethic, and receive training and development opportunities from day one. Flexible working hours may also be available.

To thrive as a Sales Team Member, you’ll need to:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and knowledge-driven service to help customers discover the perfect products.
  • Enthuse about our product range and use expertise across all store areas, including:
    • Sales floors
    • Stockrooms
    • Delivery processing
  • Take ownership of your personal and professional growth.

Application Process

To apply, you’ll complete an online assessment with two key sections:

  1. Working with Numbers
  2. Retail Scenarios

Assessment results are valid for 12 months. Successful applicants who meet the criteria will move to an initial interview.

Exclusion criteria: You cannot have had an unsuccessful online assessment within the last 6 months for this role.
