Job Description Team Member CRF Annesley Comp Rotor Facility Full Time
The Role
The Role of a Team Member is to process product using various techniques, that require a time served apprenticeship and experience of machining, inspection and NDT, as set out by Technical instructions, Inspection Procedure cards, Engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Accountabilities
- Carrying out machining inspection or NDT, inspection using various Inspection Techniques on a variety of Blades, Discs, Blisks and Drums
- Work closely with support functions
- Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times
- Maintaining high levels of 5s, Housekeeping and Asset care

You must be able to work a shift pattern which can consist of regular days, 2 shifts, 3-shifts or a 4 shift pattern depending on workload. Whilst most areas operate on a 3 shift basis, you have to be flexible to the business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship/ NVQ Level 3 as a minimum
- Previous Inspection experience is preferred although full training will be given
- Good Levels of numeracy and Literacy
- Good eyesight
- Being able to maintain Safe working practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a Team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential
