Job Description: Delivery Team Member – 11 Hours per Week (Tue: 09:00–15:00, Fri: 09:30–15:30)

About the Role
As a Delivery Team Member, you’ll help ensure perfect stock availability for our customers by:
- Efficiently processing stock (scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and stock management)
- Maintaining gorgeous presentation of all stock on sales floors or in storage
- Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Performing fast, friendly customer service from both back and front areas as required
- Reporting to a Coordinator or Manager as part of the store team

Responsibilities
Core tasks include:
- Accurate and efficient stock handling – Scanning, unpacking, size creating, and faster, consistent store movement.
- Visual merchandising – Ensuring stock is well-presented and organised on the sales floor or in stockrooms.
- Maintenance of standards – Keeping operational areas clean and organised.
- Customer service scope – Offering fast, helpful service from sales floors to backroom tasks as needed.
- Team collaboration – Working harmoniously within the store, communicating with managers and colleagues.
