Team Member (Delivery) - Colchester Tollgate (N121491)

Shift Availability:

  • Sun 14:00–17:00
  • Mon 17:30–21:30
  • Fri 09:00–15:00 (12.5 hours per week)

Delivery Team Member – Replenishment & Packaging

About the Role

You’ll ensure our customers have perfect stock by:

  • Processing stock efficiently: scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting away to the highest standards
  • Maintaining gorgeously presented floors and stockrooms
  • Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organised
  • Delivering fast, friendly service from front or back-end roles (sales floor as needed)
  • Operating as part of the team under the supervision of Coordinators or Managers

Responsibilities

  • Stock preparation:
    • Scan, unpack, and organise products meticulously
    • Hang garments and cube displays immaculately
  • Presentation & Replenishment:
    • Ensure merchandise is always well-presented
    • Maintain stockroom/warehouse tidiness
  • Customer Service:
    • Assist customers on the salesfloor; handle secondary roles as needed
  • Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively under senior leadership
