Team Member (Delivery) - Colchester Tollgate (N121491)
Shift Availability:
- Sun 14:00–17:00
- Mon 17:30–21:30
- Fri 09:00–15:00 (12.5 hours per week)
Delivery Team Member – Replenishment & Packaging
About the Role
You’ll ensure our customers have perfect stock by:
- Processing stock efficiently: scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting away to the highest standards
- Maintaining gorgeously presented floors and stockrooms
- Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organised
- Delivering fast, friendly service from front or back-end roles (sales floor as needed)
- Operating as part of the team under the supervision of Coordinators or Managers

Responsibilities
- Stock preparation:
- Scan, unpack, and organise products meticulously
- Hang garments and cube displays immaculately
- Presentation & Replenishment:
- Ensure merchandise is always well-presented
- Maintain stockroom/warehouse tidiness
- Customer Service:
- Assist customers on the salesfloor; handle secondary roles as needed
- Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively under senior leadership
