Delivery Team Member – 12.5 Hours Per Week
Shifts Available:
- Sun: 14:00 – 17:00
- Mon: 17:30 – 21:30
- Fri: 09:00 – 15:00
You'll assist in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on ensuring seamless product flow. From packing stations to the salesfloor, your customer service will keep shoppers happy—while strong attention to stock accuracy keeps everything running smoothly.
About the Role
As a Delivery Team Member, your key responsibilities include:
- Processing and correcting stock with precision, including:
- Efficient scanning, unpacking and preparing footwear/changing layouts
- Hanging, size organising and strategic stock room stock placement
- Maintaining presentation standards for all store areas, ensuring the sales floor showcases perfectly instanced stock levels
- Keeping operational zones pristine (garments areas, changing rooms and fittings) with speed, efficiency and quality
- Delivering a service glue between colleagues and customers—over servicing whenever possible
- Adhering to Next’s policies and reporting directly to a Coordinator/Manager
You’ll receive full training on processes, however prerequisite core skills are essential:
- SAAS scanning competence or willingness to learn quickly if unaware of this system
- Basic manual dexterity for tasks like gift wrapping
