Delivery Team Member

SHIFTS YOU ARE APPLYING FOR: 12-hour working week:

  • Tuesday: 08:00 – 13:45
  • Thursday: 08:00 – 15:00

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Delivery Team Member to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help process products efficiently to get them onto the sales floor quickly and with precision. When tasked with frontline sales support, your attitude will help create a rewarding shopping experience for customers. In return, we’ll invest in your growth from day one and provide flexibility.


About the Role

As a Delivery Team Member, you’ll ensure our customers see perfectly stocked shelves by:

  • Stock processing: Carefully scanning, unpacking, hanging, size-cubing, and storing stock with absolute accuracy.
  • Presentation: Ensuring shelves remain visually appealing and stock is organised in stores or stockrooms per requirements.
  • Store maintenance: Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and efficient.
  • Customer service: Providing fast, flexible, and friendly assistance from across the store—including on the sales floor as needed.
  • Team collaboration: Reporting to and working alongside Coordinators and Managers.
