Job Description

- Wed: 07:00 - 13:00
- Sat: 08:00 - 12:30
About the Role
Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority will be to efficiently process our products so they’re available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re on the salesfloor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and having a great attitude to work, we’ll invest in you and your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
To be a successful Delivery Team Member, you’ll ensure perfect stock availability for our customers by:
- Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard:
- Scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, stock relocation, and putting stock away
- Ensuring all stock is gorgeously presented and placed correctly on sales floors or in stockrooms
- Keeping store operational areas clean, tidy, and organised
- Offering fast and friendly service, supporting customers from back or front areas, including working on the sales floor as needed
- Working as part of the store team, reporting to a Coordinator or Manager
