About the Role
You’ll join a dynamic store team, ensuring products are promptly processed, organised, and great-looking for customers. Whether on the sales floor or in stock areas, your goal is efficient stock handling, exceptional customer service, and maintaining a well-run store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurate, high-standard stock processing — scanning, unpacking, hanging, sizing, and storing items efficiently.
- Presenting stock beautifully for sale floors or stockrooms, ensuring everything is neat, organised, and ready for shoppers.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and operational store environment.
- Providing friendly, fast service to customers from both back-of-store and sales floor areas.
- Collaborating with team leaders, coordinators, or managers to support store operations.
Our commitment? Investing in your development—strong attitude and compliance with company policies come first. Flexible work options may also be available.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a great communicator—friendly, calm, and efficient, even during busy periods.
- Is detail-orientated, focused, and organised, with a knack for quality work.
- Approaches tasks with energy, passion, and a pride in results.
- Thrives working independently while keeping busy and productive.
- Is flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for both your team and customers.
- Enjoys taking ownership of your personal growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
