Delivery Team Member (Storage/Stockroom Operation)
Within our fast-paced store team, your priority is to efficiently process stock so our customers can access the latest pieces as quickly as possible.
When required, you’ll work on the sales floor to deliver outstanding customer service. In exchange for adhering to all Next company policies, embracing supportive teamwork, and demonstrating a positive attitude, we’ll invest in your development from Day One. About the Role
Your main responsibility as a Delivery Team Member is to ensure perfect stock availability for our customers:
- Process stock quickly and accurately
- Scan, unpack, hang, size-cube, and replace items in a high-standard manner.
- Ensure stock is gorgeously presented on sales floors or correctly stored in stockrooms.
- Maintain store organisation and presentation
- Keep operational areas clean, tidy, and clutter-free.
- Efficiently fulfil rapid replenishment needs when stock runs low.
- Engage with customers
- Provide fast, friendly service from back-stock or sales floor areas as required.
- Team coordination
- Report to a Store Coordinator/Manager, collaborating actively within the team.

Legal Requirements
note: Essential for UK employment.

Technical Tasks
- Ability to pass a Working with Numbers Assessment and Retail Scenarios online test.
Application Norms
- Without prior failure in similar assessments within 6 months, applicants must proceed through:
- Online efficiencies assessments (numerical and scenario-based).
- Lookout session: successful candidates will proceed to a store similar-to-role interview.
Commitments
