Assistant Sales Team Member – Visible Shifts Full Shift: Friday 17:00 – 21:00 // Saturday 13:00 – 19:00 (9.5 hrs/week)

About the Role

As a Sales Team Member at NEXT, your focus will be on:

  • Delivering fast, friendly, and personalised service – helping customers find their ideal products
  • Sharing confident knowledge about our widest ever product range
  • Working across all store functions – sales floor, stockroom, and delivery processing
  • Taking pride in your own career development within the nation’s #2 fashion retailer and world-leading kidswear brand

Your Journey: What to Expect

Your application must be approved by a passed online assessment (a mix of working correctly with numbers and assessing logical retail scenarios). Completed applications are reviewed by our in-store recruitment teams, who will then invite closely-matched candidates for an initial discussion interview.
