Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face and primary customer contact, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience.
  • Greet and welcome all customers for reservations, bookings, or walk-ins with a bubbly demeanour.
  • Maintain proactive customer engagement, going the extra mile to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with our dishes, products, and menus to provide accurate recommendations and knowledge.
  • Actively promote our menus and maximise sales opportunities through engaging conversations.
  • Play a pivotal role in upselling to boost revenue and drive repeat business.
  • Ensure a safe environment for both teams and guests by adhering to Health & Safety protocols and hygiene controls, including managing allergens and dietary intolerances.
  • Complete all required training to maintain knowledge of safety standards.
  • Support the team in running and serving customers from behind the scenes.
  • Engage with YO! 360, attend team meetings, and review team briefs to stay updated with menu innovations and company news.
  • Collaborate to deliver an exceptional guest experience during every shift.
  • Actively contribute to the success and profitability of your restaurant.
  • Prioritise the safety and well-being of your teammates and guests.
  • Carry out cleaning tasks in a timely manner, as instructed in the Trail app.
