Key Responsibilities
- Be the face and primary customer contact, ensuring every guest enjoys a great experience.
- Greet and welcome all customers for reservations, bookings, or walk-ins with a bubbly demeanour.
- Maintain proactive customer engagement, going the extra mile to meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date with our dishes, products, and menus to provide accurate recommendations and knowledge.
- Actively promote our menus and maximise sales opportunities through engaging conversations.
- Play a pivotal role in upselling to boost revenue and drive repeat business.
- Ensure a safe environment for both teams and guests by adhering to Health & Safety protocols and hygiene controls, including managing allergens and dietary intolerances.
- Complete all required training to maintain knowledge of safety standards.
- Support the team in running and serving customers from behind the scenes.
- Engage with YO! 360, attend team meetings, and review team briefs to stay updated with menu innovations and company news.
- Collaborate to deliver an exceptional guest experience during every shift.
- Actively contribute to the success and profitability of your restaurant.
- Prioritise the safety and well-being of your teammates and guests.
- Carry out cleaning tasks in a timely manner, as instructed in the Trail app.
