About the Role
As a Team Member in our Food to Go department at Planet Organic, you’ll embody our mission of promoting health and sustainability within our community. Your role is to deliver a fun, educational, and rewarding experience for every customer by preparing and serving high-quality organic food, crafting specialty coffees, blending juices, and smoothies.
You’ll collaborate closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations, demonstrating flexibility to assist in other areas when required. Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills, a passion for food, health, and wellbeing, and a desire to grow within a supportive, mission-driven organisation.

Responsibilities
- Create every customer interaction as fun, educational, and rewarding.
- Prepare and serve freshly made organic food, brew custom coffees, and blend juices and smoothies.
- Uphold high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Support daily operations, occasionally stepping out of your primary role to assist other team members as needed.
- Responsibilities may adapt based on business needs.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a willingness to learn.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards in a retail and hospitality context.
- Passion for food, health, and wellbeing.
- Retail or food/drink service experience is preferred but not essential.
