Location: Tamworth Services, M42 Junction 10, Green Lane, Wilnecote, Tamworth B77 5PS
Shifts: Varied between 4am and 7pm, requiring a mix of weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism
- Processing orders efficiently and meeting customer requests
- Producing food and beverages: Hot food, baked goods, and drinks
- Maintaining brand standards to ensure consistency with Greggs’ reputation
- Resolving issues promptly with a customer-focused approach
- Keeping displays stocked for maximum product availability
- Maintaining cleanliness in the workspace and store
- Collaborating with colleagues to foster a team-first culture
- Ensuring unforgettable customer experiences driving repeat custom
- Preparing the store and kitchen for the next day’s operations
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who can thrive in fast-paced environments while staying focused in quieter moments. Ideal candidates are:
