About the Role
Job Title: Team Member (Internally known as Customer Service Assistant)

Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you’ll be doing the following:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Producing a range of hot food, baked goods, and beverages throughout the day
- Delivering brand standards to the level customers have come to expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
- Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following day’s trade
