Sales Team Member – Next UK Stores

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 7 hours per week; Sunday: 12:00 – 15:30 Saturday: 14:30 – 18:00

About the Role

As a Sales Team Member at Next, you’ll:

  • Provide fast, friendly and efficient service to help customers discover the perfect products

  • Work across all store areas, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries

Important Note on Sponsorship

Work Visa: This role does not qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Visa route (Home Office skills threshold requirements are not met). We encourage candidates to assess their own eligibility for work rights in the UK independently.

Your application will include a challenging but fair assessment stage:

  • Working with Numbers Assessment
  • Retail Scenarios Assessment

Only applicants who have not failed the online assessments in the past 6 months will be considered.

Our in-store recruitment team will review successful entries and invite candidates for an interview.
