Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Salary: £12.71-£12.80 ph
As a Team Member, you will support with the day-to-day operation including reception and the Food service areas and bars ensuring a high level of service is offered to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests according to the IHG brand standard
- Deal with any issues and resolve them efficiently
- Deliver a food and beverage service, ranging from breakfast, group dinners and serving on the bar
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Engage with customers to create a fun, lively atmosphere.
- Follow all health and safety standards and adhere to licensing laws.
