About the Role
A dynamic role within a fast-paced retail team, your core responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock operations, and embodying the Next brand promise.

Assessment Process
Your application will progress through:
- Online Assessment Portal:
- Working with Numbers Test and Retail Scenarios Assessment required.
- Success Criteria: Must not have previously failed these assessments in the last 6 months.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to discuss your suitability. Next’s in-store recruitment team will contact applicants who showcase the strongest alignment with the role.
