Sales Team Member (Part-Time) – Flexible Hours

About the Role

A dynamic role within a fast-paced retail team, your core responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock operations, and embodying the Next brand promise.

✔ Customer-First Experience:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and personalised service to help customers find the perfect products.

✔ Store Operations:

  • Support across all store areas, including retail floors, stockrooms, and delivery processing.
  • Handle deliveries efficiently and securely.

  • Take ownership of personal growth and career progression within Next.

Assessment Process

Your application will progress through:

  1. Online Assessment Portal:
    • Working with Numbers Test and Retail Scenarios Assessment required.
  2. Success Criteria: Must not have previously failed these assessments in the last 6 months.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to discuss your suitability. Next’s in-store recruitment team will contact applicants who showcase the strongest alignment with the role.
