Team Member – Restaurant, Shop & Deli
Location: Jarrolds Letheringsett
Hours: Casual hours
Are you friendly, flexible and passionate about giving great customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our welcoming team at Jarrolds Letheringsett, supporting both our restaurant and retail shop. This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two days are quite the same. You will spend time front of house in the restaurant, as well as helping in the shop, deli counter and at the till. It’s a great opportunity for someone with hospitality, retail or customer service experience who enjoys meeting people and is keen to build new skills. You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping to create a warm, relaxed and memorable experience for every guest and customer who visits us.

What you’ll be doing
In the restaurant Give every guest a warm welcome and friendly, attentive service Seat guests, take orders and serve food and drinks with confidence Keep the dining area clean, tidy and inviting Work with the team to make sure service runs smoothly In the shop and deli Serve customers at the deli counter and share helpful product knowledge Operate the till accurately and provide a smooth checkout experience Restock shelves and help keep displays looking their best Support day-to-day shop duties so the space feels organised and welcoming About you Experience in hospitality, retail or another customer-facing role would be helpful A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Great communication skills and a natural ability to put people at ease Confidence working in a busy environment Pride in delivering excellent service and creating a great customer experience Flexibility to support both the restaurant and shop when needed What we can offer you At Jarrolds, we truly value our colleagues and want everyone who works with us to feel supported, appreciated and well looked after.
