Next Sales Team Member – Retail Store Staff (Initial 6-Month Fixed Term)
Shifts Available:
- Sunday: 13:00 – 18:00
- Thursday: 16:15 – 21:00 (9.25 hours per week)
Core Purpose: Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your priority is to deliver outstanding customer service and exceptional stock operations. In return for adhering to all company policies, maintaining a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop, we will invest in your growth from day one. Flexible working options are available.
About the Role
To excel as a Next Sales Team Member, you will:
- Provide flawless in-store service—assisting customers efficiently and helping them discover the perfect products
- Share expertise—passionate about our range and knowledgeable about NEXT’s unique offerings
- Operate across all store functions—sales floors, stockrooms, and handling deliveries/logistics
- Take ownership of personal development—strengthening skills through on-the-job learning
