Sales Team Member Perpetual
Shifts & Contract
- 7.5 hours per week
- Thursday: 10:00 – 13:30 (IAPETD brief required)
- Saturday: 14:30 – 18:30 (IAPETD stip required)
- Rotating pattern with early rotation guarantee per pay period
- Paid 1:1 shift allowance (valued at £4.48) on eligible days
- Fixed minimum term guaranteed (equal to paid week)
About the Role Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your top priority is delivering outstanding customer service alongside excellent stock operations. We’ll support all company policies and reward a positive work ethic with investment in your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Deliver superior service to customers, ensuring seamless product recommendations and assistance
- Share expertise on our wide range of high-quality products
- Maintain stockroom operations, including:
- Replenishing shelves
- Assisting with deliveries
- Processing inbound stock consistently
- Take ownership of personal development and adapt to store needs
