Sales Team Member

Shifts Available

  • 7.5 hours per week
    • Thursday: 10:00 - 13:30
    • Saturday: 14:30 - 18:30

About the Role

As a Sales Team Member, your primary responsibility will centre around delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless stock operations. By adhering to Company policies and procedures and maintaining a proactive, positive approach toward work, Next will invest in your personal and professional development from day one.

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, helping shoppers discover their ideal products.
  • Share your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our expansive product range.
  • Work across all store departments, including sales floors, stockrooms, and delivery processing areas.
  • Take ownership of your career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.
  • Assist customers in finding and purchasing the perfect products.
  • Provide expertise and engage customers about our offerings.
  • Maintain stock levels, reorganise shelves, and facilitate deliveries.
  • Support the store team during peak and busy periods.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Approachable, calm yet efficient under pressure.
  • Passionate about the retail environment and varied daily tasks.
  • Willing to go the extra mile and collaborate as part of a supportive team.

    • Working with Numbers Assessment
    • Retail Scenarios Assessment
  2. Successful candidates will be contacted to arrange an interview with the store’s recruitment team.
