Team Member - Metro Centre Gateshead (N121507)

Sales Team Member – Fast-Faced Retail Role

Shifts Available (10.25 hrs/week)

Sun 11:30 – 17:00 | Sat 13:45 – 19:00


About the Role

Working as part of our dynamic store team, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient stock operations. In return, we’ll commit to investing in your growth from day one—plus flexible working options where possible.

A successful Sales Team Member will:

  • Provide fast, friendly, and customer-focused service, assisting shoppers in finding the perfect products
  • Share expertise and passion for our range
  • Work across all store areas: sales floors, stockrooms, and delivery processing
  • Take ownership of their personal and professional development

Key Requirements

All successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK prior to employment. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship due to Home Office skill-level requirements.


Selection Process

Your application will include:

  1. Online assessments with two components:
    • Working with Numbers Assessment
    • Retail Scenarios Assessment
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.

Note: applicants must not have failed an online test within the past six months.
