Team Member — Manchester
Like working with people, building relationships and being part of a team that pushes for success?
We’re looking for a motivated Team Member to join our growing Manchester team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, wants to develop new skills and is looking for a role where effort and attitude are recognised.
You’ll be part of a team supporting client campaigns, engaging with customers and helping deliver great results while developing valuable skills in communication, sales and leadership.
What you’ll be doing
As a Team Member, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily campaign activity, including:
- Representing client campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Speaking with customers and creating positive interactions
- Understanding customer needs and providing clear information
- Supporting the team in achieving performance goals
- Building strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Taking part in training, coaching and development sessions
- Working collaboratively to help deliver successful campaigns
