About the Role
As a Team Member at the Nation of Shop Keepers, you’ll be a jack of all trades.
You’ll provide a warm welcome and deliver exceptional service in our restaurants. With our support and training, you’ll also assist in the kitchen, behind the bar, and across our pubs—helping to create a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you’ll:
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and ensure their experience is exceptional—so they’ll want to return!
- Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards across all areas.
- Support the kitchen—handling everything from prep to presentation of food.
- Work with the team to foster a friendly, inviting atmosphere our guests will love.
