Job Description – Store Team Member
Location: Bayley & Sage, 34 New Kings Rd, London SW6 4ST

About the Role
As a Store Team Member, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our stores run smoothly, while delivering outstanding experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service with enthusiasm
- Process ambient, fresh, packaging, and consumable deliveries
- Display and merchantise stock effectively
- Rotate stock, check sell-by/use-by dates, and record tracking
- Guarantee cashless and payments transactions are handled accurately
- Pack and bag customer groceries efficiently
- Dispose of waste correctly per safety guidelines
- Complete general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (day/afternoon) with weekend availability
- Location: On-site at Bayley & Sage headquarters, London
