About the Role

As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort, supporting different teams and helping to deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.
Every day will be different:
- Mondays and Fridays: Cleaning guest accommodation
- Weekdays & sometimes weekends: Assisting in sports & activities, restaurants & quick-serve food, buffets, bars & shops, or the fairground
- Cross-functional duties may require engagement in multiple areas
This role offers apprenticeship opportunities: ✔ Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 ✔ Frontline Cleaner Level 2 ✔ Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Course
About You
We’re looking for energetic, skilled multi-taskers who:
- Enjoy working with others and learning new skills
- Have no previous experience required — we focus on your attitude, energy, and passion for customer service and teamwork
- Are willing to get stuck in and contribute to exceptional guest experiences

This role provides brilliant hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas, ideal if you’re interested in hospitality as a long-term career.
Bonus if you hold any of the following certifications:
- FA Level 1 (football)
- Archery GB ERCA certification
- High Ropes license
- NCPLH Personal Licence

Working hours & schedule:
- 30-35 hours per week
- 5 days a week (not strictly Mon-Fri, but including evening/weekend work)
- Evenings & weekends required
Additional benefits:
