Team Member Plus – Butlin’s Resorts
About the Role
Getting Stuck In is one of our key values, and this is exactly what this role is all about.
As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be tied to one department. You’ll work across the resort, supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.
No two days are the same. You’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of the week could take you into areas like:
- Sports & activities
- Restaurants & quick-serve food
- Buffets
- Bars & shops
- The fairground
Occasionally, you may work in more than one of these areas.
Apprenticeships available! For this role, we offer apprenticeship schemes, including:
- Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship
- Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses

About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy:
- Learning new skills
- Working collaboratively
- A willingness to get stuck in and make a real difference
No previous experience is required—your attitude, energy, and passion matter most.

A Plus If:
- You hold any of these qualifications:
- FA Level 1 football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal Licence
The Details
- Contract Type: Full-time
- Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Work Schedule: 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
- Live-in Accommodation: Available for those relocating
- Minimum Age: Must be over 18
