Team Member Plus
About the Role
'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and this is exactly what this Team Member Plus role is all about.
As a Team Member Plus, you won’t be tied to a single department. Instead, you’ll work across the resort, supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests. No two days are the same. You’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of your week takes you into areas such as:
- Sports & activities
- Restaurants & quick-serve food
- Buffets
- Bars & shops
- The fairground
Occasionally, you may work in more than one of these areas.
We also offer apprenticeships such as:
- Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2
- Frontline Cleaner Level 2
- Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses
If this is of interest to you, we’ll happily share further details during the recruitment process.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
