Team Member Plus (Apprenticeship Opportunities Available)

About the Role

As a Team Member Plus, flexibility, adaptability, and passion for excellence are your superpowers. You won’t be confined to a single department as you’ll support different teams across the Butlin's resort, helping deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.

No two days are identical. You’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, while the rest of your week takes you into everything from:

  • Sports & activities
  • Restaurants & quick-serve food
  • Buffets
  • Bars & shops
  • The fairground

Cross-department highlights may include rotations across 2+ areas on any given day.


Bonus opportunity: We offer apprenticeships alongside this role, including:

  • Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship
  • Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Course

The Detail

  • Contract: Full-time
  • Hours: 30–35 per week, worked across 5 days (including evenings and weekends)
  • Live-in accommodation available if relocating
  • Age requirement: Must be over 18
