About the Role
Are you a people person with a passion for service? Join our team as a Service Champion! Our Team Members thrive on friendly, engaging interactions with customers, while prioritising a supportive environment for teammates and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in-store or via the drive-thru, taking orders, and processing payments
- Preparing food ingredients, assembling orders, verifying accuracy, packaging products, and maintaining a clean, safe working and dining environment

- Delivering friendly, helpful customer service and fostering a positive team culture
- Meeting customer needs and efficiently resolving food or service-related issues
- Collaborating with teammates and embracing coaching from the management team
