Sales Team Member Full-time store role – Varied shifts including Sun 11:30–16:00 & Sat 15:30–20:00
About the Role
In a fast-moving retail environment like Next, your priorities will be to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain outstanding store operations.
As a Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience, while supporting your team to uphold high standards across all areas of the business—from sales floors to stock operations and delivery processing.

Your Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver fast, friendly service, helping customers discover products tailored to their needs
- Share your knowledge to showcase the benefits of our diverse range
- Embed a culture of service commitment among your colleagues
Store Operations & Growth
- Work across the store, from sales floors to stockrooms (handling floor-ready products, expediting deliveries, and replenishing stock)
- Contribute to a clean, well-organised retail environment
- Own your personal development – Next provides peer mentoring, training sessions, and workload flexibility
Dealing with Volume & Variety
- Handle high-traffic periods with calm expertise
- Manage orders, stock movements, and their essential flow to drive efficiency
