Stock Team Member (Short-Term Flexible Roles – 6 hours per week)
Available Shifts Sun 14:00 – 17:00 Sat 09:00 – 12:00
About the Role
As a Stock Team Member, your key responsibilities include:
- Locating, packing, and processing stock to ensure flawless presentation for online customers.
- Rate-pacing stock movements – transfer items in/out efficiently while maintaining fast, friendly service on the sales floor.
- Meeting deadlines to guarantee timely online orders.
- Maintaining operational cleanliness and store organisation.
- Working across all store areas (including the sales floor) as needed, supporting clear, efficient queue systems and problem-solving.
You’ll report directly to a ** Coordinator or Manager ** within the store team, operating as part of a high-energy, dynamic unit.

Application Process & Assessments
As part of your application, you’ll need to complete two assessments:
- Working with Numbers (e.g., financial/quantity-based tasks).
- Retail Scenarios (e.g., customer/ops-focused problem-solving).
Successful assessment results mustn’t have been failed in the past six months.
Compliance with our goals ensures that only candidates who meet our criteria proceed to interview. Candidates reviewed first: those whose results most closely match required targets.
Walking into an interview is conditional on passing the assessments.
