Working Hours:

  • Full-time equivalent (20 hours per week)
    • Monday: 10:00 - 14:00
    • Tuesday: 14:00 - 18:00
    • Wednesday: 10:00 - 14:00
    • Thursday: 14:00 - 18:00
    • Friday: 14:00 - 18:00

Flexible working options may also be available.


About the Role: Stock Team Member (Store Operative)

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining perfect product readiness for our online customers by fulfilling the following duties effectively:

  • Stock Processing:
    • Accurately locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of the store with speed and precision.
  • Customer Fulfillment:
    • Meet tight deadlines to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality.
  • Store Operations:
    • Ensure operational areas remain clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Customer Service:
    • Work on the sales floor as needed, offering friendly and efficient service.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Support the store team under the guidance of a Coordinator or Manager.

Responsibilities

As part of your key functions, you’ll:

  • Maintain stock readiness: Process stock quickly and accurately for seamless online sales.
  • Support customer convenience: Be ready to assist with fast and friendly salesfloor engagement.
  • Uphold company standards: Contribute to a tidy, organised, and professional store environment.
  • Adaptability: Work across the entire store and support fellow team members.

Assessment Process

  • Online Assessments:
    • Complete a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
  • Interviews:
    • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial chat with our recruitment team.
  • Pre-req: No recent unsuccessful attempts at the online assessment (last 6 months).
