Stock Team Member (Assistant Operative) – Packaging & Delivery Fast-paced Retail Role | 12hrs/week | Shifts Available

Shifts you are applying for:

  • Mon 14:00 - 18:00
  • Wed 14:00 - 18:00
  • Sat 10:00 - 14:00

About the Role

Join our dynamic store team, where your core responsibility is to ensure flawless stock processing, packing, and presentation for our online customers. Your multi-skilled role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Premium stock handling:

    • Accurately locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store
    • Prioritise speed and accuracy to meet deadlines for on-time deliveries
  • Operational excellence:

    • Maintain a tidy, efficient, and welcoming store environment
    • Work across all store areas (sales floors, stockrooms, etc.)
  • Team collaboration:

    • Report to a Coordinator or Manager, contributing to team targets
    • Act with initiative and self-motivation
