Stock Team Member (6hr Week – Temporary) – Mon/Tue 08:00–11:00

Shift Details

  • Hours: 6 hours per week
  • Shifts:
    • Monday: 08:00 – 11:00
    • Tuesday: 08:00 – 11:00

About the Role

Working within a dynamic store team, your primary focus will be on ensuring products are located, packed, and processed efficiently to maintain a stunning presentation for customers. You’ll also assist on the sales floor, leveraging exceptional customer service skills where needed.

To excel as a Stock Team Member, you’ll:

  • Process stock accurately—locating, packing, and transferring items quickly and to the highest standard
  • Meet deadlines to guarantee on-time customer deliveries
  • Keep operational areas clean, tidy, and organised
  • Work flexibly across the store, including sales floors, to deliver fast and friendly service
  • Report to a Coordinator or Manager as part of the wider team

Responsibilities

  • Stock Management:

    • Accurately process incoming and outgoing stock.
    • Transfer products efficiently for online fulfilment.
    • Ensure inventory is well-organised and ready for sale.
  • Customer Fulfilment:

    • Deliver ordered products on time to maintain Next’s reputation for reliability.
    • Provide proactively excellent support when assisting on the sales floor.
  • Store Maintenance:

    • Maintain a clean, functional, and inviting work environment.
    • Assist in creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
