**Stock Team Member – Fast-Paced Retail Role
Shifts & Hours
- 5.5 hours per week (Saturday, 12:00 – 18:00)
About the Role
As part of our dynamic store team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Locating, packing, and processing stock quickly and accurately to ensure our customers receive beautifully presented items on time
- Fulfilling online orders with high standards of attention to detail
- Upkeeping clean, organised, and operational store areas, including:
- Inventory management (transferring stock in/out)
- Meeting tight deadlines for timely deliveries
- Rotational support across all store areas, including sales floors (customer-facing role)
- Collaborating under store Coordinators or Managers as part of a cohesive team

How We Assess Your Application
- Online Assessments:
- Working with Numbers Test (evaluates numerical skills)
- Retail Scenarios Assessment (customer service situational judgement)
- Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview after successfully passing assessments.
