Team Member (Stock) - Truro (N121488)

Stock Team Member – 5.5-hour Weekly Shift (Sat 12:00–18:00)

Location: On-site (individual stores)


About the Role

Working as part of a fast-paced store team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Locating, packing, and efficiently processing stock to ensure it is beautifully presented to customers.
  • Supporting the sales floor with outstanding customer service when alongside colleagues.
  • Ensuring accurate stock processing to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
  • Promptly transferring stock in and out of the store.
  • Keeping operational areas clean, tidy, and organised.
  • Working across all store areas, including sales floors, to deliver fast and friendly service.

You will work independently, reporting to either a Coordinator or Manager, and have the opportunity for career development from day one.

Successful candidates will commit to supporting all Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Stock Processing:

  • Accurately locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of store.
  • Maintaining high standards without compromise.

✅ Customer-Facing Support:

  • Assisting on the sales floor with friendly and efficient service.

✅ Store Maintenance:

  • Ensuring operational areas remain clean, tidy, and functional.

✅ Team Collaboration:

  • Reporting to a store Coordinator or Manager.
