Role Description
The Team Member - Sutton is a full-time, on-site role responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service from the kitchen to the guests and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant environment. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves:
- Preparing all menu items
- Assembling orders
- Restocking supplies
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
Team Members support overall operations by working at the counter, in the kitchen, collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors. This position is based at the COB - Cheat On Burgers restaurant in Sutton and may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively, handle questions, and resolve basic concerns.
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Food preparation and hygiene awareness, including a willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) skills or the ability to quickly learn order-taking and payment systems.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the Sutton location.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the restaurant, and lift items safely.
