About the Role
As a Team Member at the Devonshire Arms, you’ll become a master of all trades. You’ll welcome guests warmly and deliver outstanding service in our restaurants, while receiving support and training to help out in the kitchen and on the bar too.

What Will I Be Doing?
As a Team Member, you’ll:
- Greet and serve guests – ensuring they leave smiling, hungry for repeat visits
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and safety standards
- Support in the kitchen by preparing, cooking and presenting food to perfection
- Work as part of the team to foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for everyone
- Assist with bar responsibilities as needed
