Benugo – Customer Service & Café Team Member (oms coc Mexico City)

When we founded Benugo, we had a vision of not just creating superb, natural food but of giving London something that was a true experience. The Benugo brand spans from our award-winning high street stores to cafés and restaurants within iconic public spaces and visitor attractions.
We are thrilled to expand our partnership with John Lewis, reimagining their in-store restaurants across 32 locations with fresh, quality, locally sourced ingredients.
This role requires the ability to work any 5 of 7 days, including weekends, delivering excellence in every interaction.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional customer experience by excelling across multiple areas:
Core Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver the highest standard of service, prioritising customer satisfaction with warm, efficient interactions.
- Assist with kitchen, front-of-house (FoH), and back-of-house (BoH) cleaning to maintain a spotless, welcoming environment.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper stocking of fridges using the "first in, first out" principle.
- Clear tables, sanitise workspaces, and uphold a hygiene-rated operational standard.
- Verify accuracy of labels, pricing, and promotions to prevent errors.
- Remain aware of product updates, pricing changes, and customer preferences.
- Operate tills, take orders, and provide personalised service on the floor.
- Adhere to food safety, allergen protocols, and hygiene guidelines without exception.
- Work collaboratively to meet service targets, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Attend all mandatory training courses and development opportunities.
- Represent Benugo & John Lewis professionally in behaviour, appearance, and product knowledge at all times.
- Perform other duties as reasonably required by management.
