Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a warm, friendly welcome
- Processing orders efficiently and with attention to detail
- Producing a variety of hot pasties and beverages throughout shifts
- Maintaining high brand standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
- Resolving challenges with a customer-focused mindset
- Keeping displays well-stocked and maintaining high product visibility
- Ensuring the workspace and store are clean, tidy, and inviting
- Boosting team collaboration to foster a culture of unity
- Creating memorable customer experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Assisting in day-to-day setup for peak trading periods

Note:
- Hourly rates for employees under 18 may vary
- Role is internally titled Customer Service Assistant
- Annual bonus based on average hours worked over 3-6 months
