Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers with a warm, friendly welcome
  • Processing orders efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Producing a variety of hot pasties and beverages throughout shifts
  • Maintaining high brand standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Resolving challenges with a customer-focused mindset
  • Keeping displays well-stocked and maintaining high product visibility
  • Ensuring the workspace and store are clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Boosting team collaboration to foster a culture of unity
  • Creating memorable customer experiences that encourage repeat visits
  • Assisting in day-to-day setup for peak trading periods

Note:

  • Hourly rates for employees under 18 may vary
  • Role is internally titled Customer Service Assistant
  • Annual bonus based on average hours worked over 3-6 months
