Team Member - West Cornwall Pasty

Team Member - £12.83 per hour

Location: Cambridge Services, Junction of A14 and M11, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB23 4WU

Shift Timing: Shifts vary between 6am to 7pm, covering a mixture of weekdays and weekends.

Weekly Pay (tbc)


Role Responsibilities:

As a Team Member, your day will involve:

  • Greeting customers with warmth and a friendly enthusiasm
  • Processing orders and customer requests efficiently and promptly
  • Producing a variety of hot food items and beverages throughout the day
  • Meeting our brand standards to provide the customer experience we’re known for
  • Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-focused approach
  • Replenishing displays to maximise product availability
  • Keeping your workspace and the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of togetherness
  • Ensuring all customers leave with a memorable experience they’ll want to return for
  • Preparing the store for opening the following day
