About the Role
We’re seeking a Team PA in our Business Services Group to join us in Manchester for a 9-month Fixed-Term Contract (covering family leave).
In this role, you’ll support our high-performing team of lawyers, business services leaders, and fellow PAs—delivering outstanding service to our clients by taking ownership of administrative duties and facilitating a seamless experience between the team and both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to excel in the following areas:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact point for team members, clients, and wider business stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional written, verbal, and telephone communication skills when handling enquiries on behalf of the team.

Administrative & Legal Support
- Manage file operations with meticulous attention to compliance and organisation, including file opening, maintenance, and secure closure.
- Provide personalised assistance to partners and team members, coordinating diaries, arranging internal/external meetings, travel, accommodation, and managing expenses.

Billing & Finance Collaboration
- Ensure efficient and accurate case billing processes, supporting team members in providing transparent payments for clients.
- Develop strong relationships with the Finance Operations team to streamline invoice processing.

Document & Post Management
- Ensure timely and rigorous processing of all physical and electronic correspondence.

Team & Business Initiatives
- Assist with ongoing projects—including Business Development initiatives—while maintaining seamless coordination across Manchester and the broader Group.
Essential & Desirable Experience
- Extensive experience in administrative, secretarial, or PA roles within a legal environment.
- Strong preference for (though not essential) previous experience in a Real Estate legal practice Godetia.

- The ability to work confidently and independently, demonstrating strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation under significant pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills—including phone manner, punctuation, grammar, and clear, professional correspondence.
- The resilience to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment and build robust working relationships.
- A solution-focused mindset, capable of making proactive decisions and generating results.
- Fastidious attention to detail, ensuring tasks are meticulous, organised, and executed accurately.
