Team Secretary | London | £35,000 - £45,000 | Permanent

They say variety is the spice of life…..and that is exactly what you’ll get with this role.

If you enjoy being the person everyone turns to and relies upon, love being organised and taking pride in keeping an office running smoothly, this role is for you. And what an office by the way!! The type of place you only get when working for one of the leading commercial fit out contractors in the city.

We are looking for a Team Secretary / Business Support Coordinator to become an integral part of their team.

This is a varied role where you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the business whilst also taking ownership of the office environment and being the welcoming face of the company.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Preparing bid documentation, PQQs and contractor proposal packs.
  • Taking meeting minutes and managing associated actions.
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and general office administration.
  • Looking after front of house, welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression.
  • Helping keep the office organised, professional and running efficiently.
