About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated, committed, and passionate individuals to join our Medical Secretarial Team at Warwick University Hospital.
- Location: Warwick Hospital
- Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week, 5-day work week)
- Flexibility: A mix of home and office-based work

Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to consultants, junior medical staff, and nursing staff under supervision of the Secretarial Team Leader, with a focus on audio typing/voice recognition.
- Support the management of:
- Elective and emergency pathways (including Cancer cases).
- Referral to Treatment Targets (RTT).
- E-referrals.
- Enforce a single point of access for specialty-specific patient support.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative members within the Medical Secretariat team.
